For the unlikely case you do not like an item or it does not meet your requirements, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt. 

We can only accept and recredit returned items if the item is unused, the original tag is still attached to the item and all accessories, e.g. carrying strap, detachable inner bag etc., including the product packaging, are included. 

Returns within Germany are free of charge for products with a value of €50.00 or more. For returns outside of Germany or with a product value of less than €50.00, the return must be sufficiently stamped by the customer and sent back to us. In the order overview in "My Account" you have the option of creating a return via our returns portal. If you ordered as a guest, you can also register with the order number and your e-mail address in the returns portal. There you can select which parts of the order you want to return and in what quantity. You can also state the reason and optionally add a comment for the return. After you have confirmed all the information, you will be taken to the final page. This page will inform you about the next steps. You can then view all returns created under the Returns menu item in the "My Account" area.
